The renowned eco chef Justin Horne has donated a complete set of crockery to the Cloisters for its wedding business. Justin who founded the first zero waste, organic plant based restaurant in Europe, as well as a former Head Chef at Field in Fortnum & Masons, said the “The Cloisters is a strange building but I would love to be able to help”.
Justin grew up in Hitchin, studied at University of Hertfordshire before gaining experience at restaurants such as The Ivy and The Lonsdale. He then pursued his passions by founding Tiny Leaf Limited to show that food waste could be tackled.
Justin has also said he would love to come and cook at The Cloisters and bring a range of his favourite dishes to the table. I am sure we will all look forward to that if we can find a spot in his busy schedule.
